Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Description
- Liaison and work closely with media, advertising agency and supplier to ensure successful running of the marketing activities and implemented within stipulated deadline to drive sales of property
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships and contacts internally and externally, including the press, media and industry bodies
- Assist in design and layout of DM/ EDM/ website and all marketing collaterals
- Create, manage, monitor, innovate and enhance the company’s website, all social media channels
- Manage the production of marketing materials, posters, flyers, bunting, etc
- To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Public Relations /Communications / Advertising / Media Planning/Mass Communication or equivalent in property development industry
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Graphic application including Photoshop & Illustrator or any relevant design software for DM/EDM/Advertisement/Brochure/etc is an added advantage)
