About Beverly Group

Beverly Group Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Singapore registered Qingdao Investments Pte Ltd. With its office based in Kuala Lumpur, the Group’s current focus is Malaysia. The Group has acquired 43.51 acres of land in Kuala Lumpur for 8 developments with estimated GDV of RM4.2 billion.

Our Founder

Since 1980, Beverly Group’s founder, Mr Lim Seak Koon was involved in construction and development of residential projects, golf and country club, mixed-used and hospitality projects in Singapore, China, Brunei and Malaysia.
