Campaign duration:

  1. The Campaign will run from 1st April 2024 to 31st December 2024 as determined by Beverly Group. For the purpose of this Campaign, ‘Beverly Group’ / ‘our’ refers to the subsidiaries and related companies of Beverly Group Sdn Bhd.
  2. The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Campaign and its mechanism at any time, without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions:

3 Tier Lucky Draw:

Criteria:

  1. Participants are required to accumulate the above specified minimum points to qualify for 1 entry in the lucky draw of each respective Tier.
  2. Upon acquiring a minimum of 3 points, participants are eligible for 1 entry at Tier 1 lucky draw. Upon accumulating an additional 5 points (total 8 points), participants are eligible for 1 entry at Tier 2 lucky draw. Upon accumulating a further 8 points (total 16 points), participants are eligible for 1 entry at Tier 3 lucky draw.
  3. There are no limitations on the total number of points gathered. As such, participants can submit more than one entry in all lucky draw Tiers.
  4. Participantsmay choose to either maintain at their eligible Tier or opt to split their points for extra entries for improved chances. Example: If a participant has a total of 16 points, he/she can opt to have 1 entry at Tier 3; OR 2 entries at Tier 2; OR 2 entries at Tier 1 and 1 entry at Tier 2.
  5. Lucky draw will be conducted after the end of the Campaign, the details of which will be announced by Beverly Group.

Participants Eligibility:

  1. The Campaign is open exclusively to Malaysian citizens possessing a Malaysian NRIC only.
  2. Participants must be at least 21 years of age to participate.
  3. Employees of Beverly Group and their immediate family members and Beverly Group’s appointed agents and other associated parties are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  4. However, if any of the above parties stated has purchased a property from Beverly Group at any given time, they will be entitled to participate in the Campaign as a ‘Buyer(please see below for definition of ‘Buyer’).

Participant Registration:

  1. To participate in the Campaign, participants are required to register themselves via our designated Google Form.
  2. Upon registration, the participant’s details will be recorded in our system to track their progress in the Campaign.
  3. Point collection will commence immediately following the registration.
  4. Participants must provide their full name as per NRIC, their corresponding NRIC number, email address and contact number.
  5. Participants must register themselves at our registration counter.
  6. The participants will receive a notification via email for every event attended.
  7. The Google Form is binding and final upon submission and cannot be amended or altered at any time thereafter.

Event Attendance Points:

Non-Buyers 1 Point
Buyers 2 Point

  1. ‘Buyers’refers to individuals who have purchased propert(ies) from Beverly Group, i.e. Residensi Lexa, Residensi Fera, Residensi Henna, Residensi Altria, Residensi Milla, 28 Blvd, Marc Service Residence, Residensi Equine and One Equine.
  2. Event Attendance Point will be given for non-buyers and 2 Event Attendance Points will be given for buyers for attendance of 1 event. There will be no additional point given for attendance of multiple days at the same event. Example: If an event is held for multiple days, a non-Buyer attending all days will only be awarded with 1 Event Attendance Point.
  3. If a Participant transitions into a Buyer status during the campaign, they shall be entitled to 2 Event Attendance Points for all subsequent events, commencing from the date of signing the SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement). No adjustments to points shall be made for events occurring prior to the attainment of buyer status.
Buddy Points:
  1. Participants may acquire ‘Buddy Point’ by bringing along a ‘Buddy’ to attend the events.
  2. One point will be rewarded for each Buddy brought to the event.
  3. However, for the purposes of collection of points, the Buddy cannot be repeated in our record. There will be no further awarding of any points for a Buddy that was previously brought to an event and who have been registered in our system, whether the Buddy was brought by the same participant or any new/past participant thereafter.
  4. After registration, the Buddy will also automatically become a Participant in the Campaign with 0 Buddy Point and 1 Event Point for non-buyer, and 0 Buddy Point and 2 Event Point for Buyer.
Buddy Points:
  1. A Buddy must be an individual that possesses a Malaysian NRIC and aged 21 and above.
  2. Employees of Beverly Group and their immediate family members and Beverly Group’s appointed agents and other associated parties cannot be a Buddy.
  3. There are no restrictions on the number of Budd(ies) that can be brought to the event. Example: If the event is held for 2 days and a Buyer brought 2 ‘Buddy’ on day 1, that constitutes as 2 points. The same Buyer then brings another 3 different ‘Buddy’ on day 2, that constitutes 3 points. Thus, the Buyer has accumulated a total of 5 ‘Buddy Points’ and 2 Event Attendance Points for the event.

Buddy Registration:

  1. Participants are responsible for registering their Buddy in our designated Google Form.
  2. Participants must accurately input and state their Buddy’s full name as per NRIC and their corresponding NRIC number.
  3. Each Buddy will also be required to independently register themselves as a ‘Buddy’ via our Google Form.
  4. Each Buddy must specify the Participant’s name as per NRIC and their NRIC number.
  5. Beverly Group may disqualify a Buddy and not award any point if there is any discrepancy in the particulars of either the Buddy or the Participant registered in the system.

Point calculation system:

  1. The sum of ‘Event Attendance Points’and ‘Buddy Points’ yields the ‘Total Points’ collected by the participant.
  2. Points are cumulative and can be accrued over the entire course of the Campaign.
  3. The ‘Total Points’will determine which lucky draw tier they will be eligible to.
  4. The ‘Total Points’collected cannot be amended or altered at the end of the Campaign period.
  5. ‘Event Attendance Point’and ‘Buddy Point’ are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.
  6. An updated leader board of the Participants’ total cumulative points will be displayed on the following event.

Selection of Winners and Prizes:

  1. The winners will be randomly selected/drawn from all eligible Participant entries at the respective Tiers after the end of the Campaign.
  2. Each winner is only entitled to receive oneprize from each tier. Example: If the participant has 2 entries at tier 1, and both entries were selected, he/she can only choose 1 prize. The remaining prize will be awarded to the next randomly selected winner.
  3. The prize(s) for the lucky draw will be described in the promotional materials but may be subject to change at Beverly Group’s discretion.
  4. The selection process will be conducted fairly and transparently by us.
  5. Our decision on the selection of winners is final and binding.
  6. We reserve the right to change the prize to another of similar value if any item is not available.
  7. Eligible Participants that have achieved the minimum required points for the lucky draw(s) (tier 1 to 3) will be notified to attend the lucky draw event.
  8. Eligible Participants must be present at the Sales Gallery on the day of the lucky draw (details to be informed by Beverly Group) in person or appoint a representative via a Letter of Authorization addressed to us in order to be eligible to the lucky draw selection.
  9. If a winner does not present themselves when their name is announced, the prize will be forfeited and given to the next randomly selected lucky draw winner.
  10. After achieving the status of ‘Buyer’ during the campaign period and accruing 7 points, participants shall have the option to either (a) receive a guaranteed sum of RM1,000 credited to their maintenance account upon VP, or (b) to enter the lucky draw.

Data privacy:

  1. By registering, both participants and Buddy consent to the collection and use of their personal information for administration and marketing purposes. The Participant and Buddy also consent to receiving marketing communications from Beverly Group.

Compliance, Disqualification, and Points Deduction:

  1. No Point will be allocated for inaccurately submitted information.
  2. Participants and Buddy must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Campaign.
  3. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of the terms and conditions herein and/or any other rules as determined by Beverly Group from time to time, shall result in immediate disqualification from the Campaign.

General Terms:

  1. These terms and conditions and any other rules as determined by Beverly Group from time to time constitute the entire agreement between the participants and Beverly Group.
  2. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at our discretion.
  3. Beverly Group will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from the Campaign.
