Yang Berhormat Tuan Nik Nazmi Bin Nik Ahmad, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, Member of Parliament for Setiawangsa said, “This collaboration between Beverly Group and Samjung Tech on the Automated Car Parking System at Milla Residence is a meaningful step toward Malaysia’s sustainability goals. As we advance carbon reduction and eco-friendly urban developments, initiatives like these set an inspiring example of how technology can contribute to a greener, healthier living environment. I commend Beverly Group for their dedication to creating sustainable urban spaces that support our nation’s commitment to a cleaner and more responsible future.”

As the first of its scale in the region, the ACPS is designed to revolutionize the urban parking experience by streamlining parking operations and reducing carbon emissions, aligning with Malaysia’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Green Building Index (GBI) goals. By significantly cutting the time and fuel spent on traditional parking searches, the system offers an environmentally friendly solution, minimizing idling emissions by up to 30% and reducing land usage through its vertical design.

Choi Jong Wan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Samjung Tech Co Ltd, said, “At Samjung Tech, we see our role as not only providing advanced technology but ensuring its success from day one to the future. Our system for Milla Residence is customized to balance modernity with reliability, and we are dedicated to every step of the process. We are doubling test runs to ensure faultless initial operations, with our engineers on-site post-commissioning to fine-tune performance. Above all, our dedicated Customer Satisfaction team in Malaysia will be there monthly to conduct proactive inspections and keep everything running seamlessly, giving residents complete peace of mind.”

Designed with user convenience at its core, ACPS technology allows residents and visitors to simply park at designated entry points on the ground level, turn off the engine, and walk away, leaving the automated system to handle vehicle storage and retrieval. This hassle-free experience eliminates the need for residents to navigate complex parking structures, while also creating a safer environment by minimizing human interaction within the parking area.
